Rental Program Membership Benefits

  • We handle all guest, housekeeping, and maintenance issues so our owners never have to be bothered.
  • All furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) including AC and all appliances are purchased and maintained through the rental program with no out of pocket cost to owner.
  • The Rental Association hires, trains and oversees a professional team who are on site 7 days a week, 365 days a year, who provide oversight of rental guests in your unit.
  • Electric service and telephone service are paid by the Rental Association.
  • If a rental owner’s unit is occupied with a guest or out of service for maintenance, the owner can still stay at Casa in another rental unit.
  • Professional affiliation and membership with the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce; National, State & Local Hotel and Lodging Associations and AAA which ensure the highest business operating standards.
  • The Rental Association employs a full time Sales & Marketing Team dedicated to advertising and promoting Casa del Mar.
  • All hotel taxes are paid for and handled through the Rental Association.
