- Aug 9, 2024 Water Line Failure
Dear Casa del Mar Owners,
We wanted to bring to your attention that CDM experienced a water line failure in the parking lot. The failure has been identified in an area under the 77 stack. Repairs are currently being made. This break did not affect any other water to the property.
More work may need to be done in the future at which time there may be a water interruption. We will alert all owners prior to any outage.
